Gyno Symptoms

hey guys,

i'm currently on my first cycle; test e 400mg/wk. It is the beginning of wk 3 and i have sore nipples and are puffy. I can't detect any lumps but theres no doubt they are sore and is the onset of gyno.

I have administered adex the following day i noticed the symptoms at 0.25mg, then 0.5mg the next day (today) and plan to stay at this dose.

My concern is this will develop into gyno. My question is:

Is this adex dose appropriate to combat theses sides?

you can take letrozole wich is realy hightly efficient, but stop AAS the time you use letrozole.

in no time letrozole will decrease the amount of estrogen. faster than anything.

I always though of letro as a last resort when actual hard lumps appear. I also read that since letro will bring ur estro levels to virtually zero it is better to be used on cycle in order to cancel out the libido loss?

Letro while on cycle is fine and yes, it has a good chance of killing your libido. Your dose is fine.

Unless you fell lumps then I would not get to alarmed. Everyone on here at some time has had sore and puffy nipples so I definately wouldnt panic unless you start feeling knots. and yes I would use Letro during my cycle in needed.

Hey buddy, I am on wk three of a test e and dbol cycle as well. I was going through the same thing last week, even though I was on adex at .25ed. I took some letro at 1.75 for a few days and everything seems to be fine. Best of luck to you.

Since this is my fist cycle I'm really panicking and stressing about theses symptoms. The thing is I do not have letro on hand. I can get some but it will take a couple weeks.

I just hope the adex clears things up, my nipples are still sore all day.

Do you guys think I should order some letro and nolva in case I need to start a gyno reversal?

adex should help on cycle, I like to use exemestane, a little stronger than adex imo

How long does adex take to kick in, ie. when will the soreness go away? when will the puffiness go away?

yep, went ahead and ordered some! Fingers crossed this adex will hold off until the letro arrives! Not very optimistic though........
