Ok, so this is my first ever PH cycle and i'm stoked! After a few weeks of researching I decided to go for H-drol as my first cycle; I am using Halo 350 by gene tech pharma.
So a little about my self, I am 21 years old, 6'4" and weigh 187. I have been lifting religiously for like five years, however for the first 2 years I really didn't know what the hell I was doing, you know how high school kids lift... but now shits real!
Here is my workout schedule:
MONDAY: Shoulders / Biceps / Core
TUESDAY: Legs
WEDNESDAY: Rest
THURSDAY: Chest / Triceps / Core
FRIDAY: Back
SATURDAY: Rest
SUNDAY: Rest
So here are some starting stats as far as some major lifts:
Bench: 225 x3
Shoulder Press: 135 x 7
Squat: 205 x 5
Dead Lift (not really sure, but estimate): 185 x 3
Lat Pull Down: 140 x 10
Seated Row: 140 x 10
High Pull: 135 x 10
Current sups:
Fish oil
Multi
Extra Vitamin C
Extra Zinc
Here is a little recap of how I have my cycle planned:
Week 1: Cycle Assist (4 caps am, 4 caps pm)
Week 2: Cycle Assist (4 caps am, 4 caps pm) / 70mg H-drol (35mg am, 35mg pm)
Week 3: Cycle Assist (4 caps am, 4 caps pm) / 70mg H-drol (35mg am, 35mg pm)
Week 4: Cycle Assist (4 caps am, 4 caps pm) / 70mg H-drol (35mg am, 35mg pm) / Forma Stanzol (5 pumps am, 5 pumps pm)

OK so this log is getting started a little late; Im already starting week 3 of my cycle.
The first week on this stuff has been amazing!!! I know a lot of people say that it does not kick in until about the third week on and it the placebo effect, but no! I noticed increased strength and the feeling that I could lift all day starting day 3, so I can only imagine how i'm going to feel by week 4!
So here is a brief recap of my first week:
Day 1 of week 2 (when I started taking the PH) I believe I hit legs and felt fine; didnt notice anything.
Days 2 - 4 I had mild head aces after dose, but now I feel fine, maybe because I started taking the dose with food.
Day 5 is when I really felt the initial affects at the gym; I did back and didnt want to stop; no back pumps. =]
Day 7 ....today.... I just got back from doing legs and already Im up to 225 x 6 on the squats. But the strangest thing happened today that caused my to end the workout a little early, I must have pulled a muscle in my throat or something while doing leg presses. Nothing like this has ever happened before; on my third set at about 500lbs on my way up something just popped in my throat and instantly pain!!! When I stood up it was hard to swallow, breath, and turn my head; scared the shit out of me! but im ok now just a little sore. I must have just been pushing so damn hard.
So for my first 7 days I did take c4 for my PW, but I am going to discontinue that from now until post cycle therapy (pct).
So there she is... I plan on updating frequently, so stay tuned. Also if any one has any suggestions/questions that would be cool too. Oh yea, Im already up 2lbs in one week, so up to 189; hope to hit 200 by the end.
