What should a diet look like on this stack while lifting heavy in the gym but wanting to lose alittle body fat also..?? ive got my stack and pct in line just need alittle help with the diet side of it... any help
u see the link to my free diet advice thread??? click on it and go to post 1.. read everything and do everything it asks.. and u'll have the perfect diet.. (well, after i critique it that is.. lol)
