I am on a Fina cycle. I have read that you should drink pleant of water while running Fina. Is his true? How much should you drind daily?

I always try to drink at least 8 litres a day, whether on cycle or not. IMO, if you piss is not basically clear, you are not taking in enough water.

Not just with fina but with any cycle, shot for a gallon an a half to 2 gallons
