HaloTest 25 First Run (Advice Needed)

I am 33 years old and have been lifting for 17 years. I am 5.11 and 184LBs 12.3% body fat. I have gained over 50 pounds naturally over the past 8 years.

I have never taken any cycles of anything and have been natural all this time. The only products used over this time period have been Kre-Alkaline and Whey Protein supplements.

Since I am 33 years old I feel like Its time for me to try a pro hormone to give me a little boost since my body is now fully matured. I have been studying for a while on what to use and have chosen HaloTest-25. Mostly because it is fairly mild and is easy on the hairline. I have a full head of hair and mostly the reason why I never done anything in the past. I love my hair! i have been taking Finasterade for the past 8 years as well.

My goal is to gain 8-10 pounds of lean muscle mass that will be able to be maintained after the cycle and post cycle. I want to do this as safely as I can while keeping most of my gains. I plan on working out hard and eating right after the cycle to keep my gains.

I have had my full bloodwork done and will be getting the results back shortly. I will be doing my bloodwork again after the post cycle. Take a look at the plan below and let me know what you think.

Wanted to add I am on 50MG Zoloft for the past 10 years as well. Is there any knows issues while using Halotest? I also do not drink or take and other medication.

gains will depend largely on diet and training in addition to the hormones.

8 to 10 pounds is doable, but I'd run a little higher and longer if it were me.


seems like you have your stuff in check though. when are you planning on starting?
 
Was planning on Starting Monday. I am taking Cycle Assist right now to be a on the safe side. I know others take it for 2 weeks but I think 1 week should be ok. I may add liver juice to my post cycle. Im excited to get started!

You're gonna like it a lot. Stick thru post cycle therapy (pct) hard and you'll be good.
 
Hey guys, quick update.

I am 10 days in and have gained 5 pounds and my body fat is down to 12.5%.

My diet has been very clean and have avoided sweets, soda etc...

Diet has been mainly Chicken, Eggs, Tuna, Peanut butter, rice, pasta , yogurt, granola, Isopure mass shakes.

I am only in week two and body has begun transforming. I really haven't seen my stomach like this in years and arms, chest, legs, back are all growing. Haven't noticed too much strength gains but again only week 2.

Side affects

Muscle pumps while working out or really intense. Sometimes they hurt so much I need to take a break for a few mins. Never felt anything like it.

Increased sex drive. Had one day where drive took a dive but overall wanna do it twice as much as normal.

Hair - Scalp itches a bit in the morning. Looking at my hair line more because I am paranoid and think I lost some but I never inspect it like I am now and prob just noticing things. However no hair is following out rubbing or in the shower etc....


Over the past two days I started feeling a dull ache in my left breast. Not so much pain but an ache. However felt a tingle in the nipple the other night. I checked the nipple for signs of a lump and puffiness. There is no puffiness but it is sensitive when I rub the area of the nipple. I got scared and do no want gyno so I took 40mg of Nolvadex last night. I followed that with 20mg this morning. From my reading I heard you should do 40mg a day until the symptoms start going away. Then go to 10mg.

I am not 100% sure this is a gyno symptom so I am being cautious. Maybe a strained pec? However never felt this ache in my chest ever so. Anyone have any advice?
 
just finished a 7 week test cycle w/ halotest. i did 50/50/50/50/75/100/50. i can tell you eat no matter if you look bloated or fat eat. i looked like i was gaining fat ( which i did) but i tried to compensate ( dumb). dont just eat and lift. i would also run a 50/75/100/100/100/75 cycle just because at 100mg you feel like a god. my best gains were for that one week. i also recomend a good post cycle. i personally will never do a ph again and just go all the way because of the sides i experienced. all of the side effects were felt at the recomended dose. very moody and just off. this really starts to hit in the fourth week. enjoy but plan for afterwards. i still shut down.
