Ham Addiction

Hey all, currently cutting at the moment and i cant stop eating chicken and ham, chicken aint the problem....i eat alot of ham and have read and heard theres a high soduim content that mite make me hold a little water which aint too great when am trying to lean up.

Whats everyones thoughts on this?
 
IMO, I think your better off eating the Ham then not eating it. Any meat that you can incorporate into your daily intake is a bonus. Lunch meat is a savior for me & a really easy good snack to have around (unless you are having BP problems then probably not the best idea and should watch your intake of red meat).

I say eat all your want. Turkey is usually the leanest and most healthiest if I remember correctly.
