Typically its the case the weight will come off in chuncks.....Nothing really unusal.
The one thing i would suggest is to make small adjustments weekly with your (cardio, diet, supplements, ect).
Most people make large changes and the weight drops and the plateau. Then they make more large changes and the same happens.
I see it all the time in the gym - Some guy that hasn't worked out in 5 years decides he wants to lose weight. So whats he do - Changes his diet drastically, Starts lifting 5x / week and starts doing lots and lots of cardio from the beggining.
The problem with that is his body is going to adjust to that because our bodies don't like change. Where he should have started lifting 3 - 4x / week and cleaning up his diet. Then after he's tweeked that as much as possible he can start doing small amounts of cardio 3 - 4x / week and gradually add 5 min / session every other week. After he gets himself to a sticking point he can slowly add in a thermogenic at 1x / day for the next several weeks before upping that to 2x / day.
See where i'm going with this. Its just people are so impatient and want everything done yesterday. They fail to remember that it took them years to get themselves in such bad shape to begin with.
