Keep humping and keep pumping.

Yeah, I'm a bigtime hardgainer. I can't gain mass for anything. And I'm a poor college student so I don't have the money to go buy every supplement on the shelves. I'm currently 6'1 165. I want to get up to 180.

Well if you've got no cash for supplements, hopefully you've got some cash to buy a lot of food to eat at least. Nutrition is half the battle.
If you can get in enough food, then your gonna wanna make a half decent workout routine. Giving body parts enough rest time (24-48 hours), and if your looking for bulk, i'd say do heavier weight with lower reps on most exercises (especially ones that target more mass on the muscle,,, ie for biceps, do low reps but heavy weight when doing barbell curls). Do around 4-6 reps for these exercises.
Do you currently have a workout routine that you follow? what about eating? if so, let us know.

Bro, I was once a poor college student myself. I'm not sure what your lifestyle is, but if you wanna pack on some size on that tall frame, you must EAT, EAT, EAT, TRAIN, SLEEP. Also, believe me when I tell you this. Building muscles will be almost impossible for someone tht like to party and drinks excessively. Like I said, I was once a college student who wanted aq great body as well as wanted to party and live it up. It wasn't until I stopped partying adn drinking excessively and started living a lifestyle of proper nutrition, adequate rest for recuperation and training with the proper intensity that I began to pack on the muscle. You don't have to spend lots of money on supplements to add muscle. Food is the most anabolic substance there is. Eat lots of protein and drink tons of water. If you have the money for a supplement, I suggest creatine with some sort of transport system. This will cause you to hold a little water, which will serve several beneficial purposes as well as give you more endurance through ATP optimization. Good luck. Search these boards. All you need to know is somewhere here on these boards. There are lots of people here that have learned through trial and error and they know what works and what doesn't.
