Alright, I am 5'9 and 142 lbs. I have lifted off and on for about 12 years. The thing I am having trouble with is knowing what the best sups are. It seems that there are a hundred new ones every day. My last cycle of lifting left me at 152 lbs and benching 225. However, I was spending a lot of money to do it. I need suggestions on getting the most bang for my buck. What sups do I really need and which ones are gimmicks. Last stack was Kynovar, ATP Creatine Syrum, and Nitrix. I know the creatine will be a constant, but looking for more options on the rest. I want to get up to about 165. Any Suggestions? (Not looking to use riods)

Diet is the key, you have to eat more high protein meals. That means more meat, eggs and fish in every meal. If you are looking to bulk up drink lots of whole milk -- a gallon a day will definitely help you to put on some mass.

i never gained more than 7 pounds in a year till a coach/Dr taught me how to eat as a hard gainer. And the key is to eat everything in sight. Yes eat high protein but you also have to eat a ton of carbs, hard gainers need carbs bad, that glycogen needs to stay full. I put on about 26 pounds in one semester through diet alone. And as far as supplements iv tried them all and only creatine is usefull all others are just pissing in the wind. Oh and buy your self some weight gainer on dont wory about buying protein because weight gainers usually have around 50grams of protein per serving anyway. Count your calories for about a month and eat around 3500 cals, you will bulk up very nicely. I am speaking from experience not hear say.
