Has Anyone Ever Used Lean Ground Beef When Cutting? Or Any Type of Red Meat?

I'm currently wanting to lose 6 pounds. Not alot but I'm at the point where weight loss is getting a bit more difficult....I'm past my bodys set point.

So I eat eye of round 3 times per week and I trust myself eating that.

But if I'm not mistaken lean ground beef is fatter than eye of round. I would only want one serving a week but I'm not really sure on fat content. I know it's lean but......

All opinions welcome!
 
I eat 93/7 probably 2 or 3x a week and my cut went just fine. I usually mix it with a couple eggs, worcesteshire, onions, salt and pepper and make big hamburger patty out if it. Throw it on the grill.

I do quite a bit of cardio so that probably helps but it didn't hurt my cut at all.
 
london broil... yummm... and prob one of the leanest beefs u can get your hands on

also, u can think of roast beef too..
