This stuff is all natural, at first you kust lose water weight, but it detoxifies your body and boost your immune system. Its supposed to give you a huge boost in energy. Apparently for the first week you feel like crap because its cleansing. Has anyone tried it, I really wanna buy it, it has alot of mixed reviews. Before I purchase I wanted to see if anyone on here has tried it?

I've never tried it.
Detox's are good but never depend on them for a permanent weight loss.
Once in awhile they are fine to do but not all the time.
With clean eating and exercise you should be just fine but if you want to try a detox I say go for it!
You will probably feel like shit at first because you restricting many nutrients in your body.
