Has anyone tried this last week before show?

Ok it will be my second show to do in a month and my sponsor had me do this kind of contest prep diet before the show. Tell me what you think:
NO WORKING OUT LEGS THIS WEEK
MONDAY: Eat regularly on diet, 1 gallon or more of water, light workout(upper body), no cardio

TUESDAY: Eat regularly on diet, 1 gallon or more of water,light workout(upper body), no cardio, 1 potassium pill every other hour.

WEDNESDAY: Eat 6oz steak w/ whole grapefruit 5 times a day. 1 gallon of water, last light workout(upper body), no cardio, 1 potassium pill every hour. Xpel(water pill) 4 morning 4 at evening.

THURSDAY: Eat 6oz steak w/ whole grapefruit 5 times a day. 1/2 gallon of water, no working out or cardio, 2 potassium pills every hour. Xpel(water pill) 4 morning 4 at evening.

FRIDAY: Eat 6oz steak w/ whole grapefruit 5 times a day. 1 quart of water no more water after 6 pm, no working out or cardio, 3 potassium pills per hour. Xpel(water pill) 4 at morning 4 at evening

SATURDAY(day of show): same as friday except no water until after prejudging.

what does everyone think. have you ever tried it? thanks
 
Who is your sponsor? What show is it? And no I've never done that one before. Let us know how it works out for you.....
 
My sponsor is a local nutrition store in town. I had a show this last saturday(june 18) I was lean but however i thought my muscles werent as full as they could have been. The show coming up is the Arkansas classic.
 
The reason your not full is cause your not loading carbs in-----

Loading on Grapefruit is not the way to do it.

I also don't know about the water pills every day.
 
You also did not mention sodium intake at all----sodium play a huge role in loading a muscle with glycogen and also losing water at the end.
