Has anyone used Synthergine?

Synthergine claims to be as, or more, effective than NAC and TUDCA. They makers even encourage people to have blood work done to prove the product works. I am curious if anyone here has tried it and what their results were. Include what liver damaging things you were doing when you took it, if you could, to see if it is good for oral support or just for normal day to day support.

My ALT and AST are almost always above the normal range when I am doing nothing hard on the liver...decades of drinking did this. Though I have stopped, the liver is jut not what it used to be. Good news is that it is not getting worse, bad news is it is not getting better. For example, my latest blood work shows:

Bilirubin, Total 0.3 Range of 0.0-1.2 mg/dL
AST (SGOT) 56 HIGH Range of 0-40 IU/L
ALT (SGPT) 63 HIGH Range of 0-44 IU/L

I stopped taking my NAC and TUDCA 2 weeks before this blood was drawn and am on a 3J created diet. My workouts are not that strenuous yet, just getting back into the swing of things so I am easing into it to retrain my muscles and connective tissues. And to test how much it hurts my hands (see how far the nerves have healed). In a few weeks I think I will be ready to resume working with 3J.

I know, I tend to digress, so back to my question...does anyone have any good or bad info about Synthergine?

I looked at the ingredients and thought it was all marketing hype personally. If your liver enzymes are that high on NAC and TUDCA (kind of scary), I'd be more than interested in seeing how it impacts your blood test results. :)

It has been this way for the last 8 years (about). The results bounce up and down a little between just barely below the limit to a little higher than what I posted, above. Here are the other results I figured were relevant:

WBC 7.1 Range 3.4-10.8 x10E3/uL
RBC 5.36 Range 4.14-5.80 x10E6/uL
Hemoglobin Range 14.3 12.6-17.7 g/dL
Hematocrit 42.9 Range 37.5-51.0 %
MCV 80 Range 79-97 fL
MCH 26.7 Range 26.6-33.0 pg
MCHC 33.3 Range 31.5-35.7 g/dL
RDW 17.7 HIGH Range 12.3-15.4 %
Platelets 328 Range 150-379 x10E3/uL

You're on TRT, aren't you cybr? That explains all the counts, although your hematocrit is surprisingly low.

Yes I am. I was a bit surprised by that as well. I had a Vitabin D test done two weeks ago, but that was not a lot of blood taken. My last blood donation was over 3 months ago and I am taking 500mg of test a week.

Testosterone, Serum >1500 HIGH Range 348-1197 ng/dL
