I have a competition in late Agust and just wanted to add some lean mass not fat in my "offseason" this is not my true offseason do to it being summer just wanted to add mass. So i started my cycle 100mg of Test Prop EOD and 30mg of Winstrol (winny) ED. I was bulking on like 4000 clean calories 120g fat(efas,cod oil) 360carbs and 300g protein. Well i started looking in the mirror and i was just looking like a fat slob. Well i reajusted my diet to 3100 calories, 70g fat, 260g carbs, and 300g protein anything past 5:30 was just protein fat meals. I aslo added in t-3 tapering up and down and 3 tabs of clen (60Mcg). Ive done cardio for 30min 3x a week and have had a cheat meal on sunday. Well i was 188lbs fat looking now im leaning out and weighing 176lbs..IN A WEEKS TIME!!!
AM I Lossing muscle or just fat and water. I no longer have an belly dunlap and im looking just leaner in the face and whole body. What should i increase my calories and such too now??
