ordered some bodybuilding... stuff from a website supposedly in america but is using cameroon EMS to send my parcel and all of a sudden i have to pay a "totally refundable payment" of $380 (they say the money is refunded to me after i recieve the parcel) have i already been scammed and they are trying to rip me off more or does this sound legit?
ps no one ever mentioned this insurance payment before purchase not until after i paid for the product
