Have not received an order confirmation email

I placed my order on march 4 and I have not received a confirmation email for my order. Is this a common problem?

Confirmation emails get sent out automatically. Check your spam......also, check your PM's and I will look into it.

I just placed a order yesterday and I also didn't receive a auto confirmation email. And I just check my junk mail, but it saying my order is processing in the site
