Have you Ever Dieted With ONLY Fruits and Veggies as Carbs?

I'm going to try this. Except for before I workout I will have oatmeal or ezekiel bread. So 4 times per week I will have a starchy carb.

I figure why not?

I know that my body will have to get used to the enzymes from the fruits/veggies and in turn I'll be gassy. However my flora in my stomach will build up and once I'm past that stage I should be good.

veggies is what food eats.
 
i dont agree with this diet... but im very interested in the details of it..

what percentage of your carb intake will be fructose? how many carbs a day?
 
true. I didn't think of that. there is a ton of sugar in fruit. and you know, I love corn, but I guess corn and carrots have a lot of sugar as well.
