Having server at times elbow and bicep pain

hello all,
New to the forum and rather new to adding hormones into my training.. Anyway i have been on a rather aggressive stack for about 5 month 250 sus, 200 tren-e 3ius GH 3times a week M,W,F deca 300, 3ius GH 2 time a week t,th, and 3ius GH sat before legs.. just wanted to know if its normal to get a lot of pain in the elbows and biceps.. i started at 170 now around 210 and eat to grow as clean as possible, but this pain gets pretty bad at times and hampers my shoulder training. was just wondering if anyone has had this and found relief for it..

I get all kinds of joint pain myself. I've yet to find any relief, at 43 I guess I should expect these pains. Power through them is my motto.
 
How much AI are you taking? My elbows hurt when my estradiol gets too low.

If that isn't the problem, you may just be going to heavy on the weights. Connective tissue doesn't keep up with your muscle growth on AAS.
 
wow very informative.. gonna show this to my chiropractor and see if he can do this. he did something similar but didn't wrap my elbow, thank you and god bless.. this pain has been kicking my ass. I know i have to cycle off lol.. april starts the cutting and coming off the gear for a bit. thanks again for all the help

You can do it yourself fairly easily. I do all the time. You can buy voodoo floss from rogue fitness or do what I did and buy bicycle tire tubing. Wrap it like in the video using the opposite hand and use a doorway or wall to help fold the joint in the direction you want.
