You should PM me bro. Sometimes I forget to check this thread. The first 4 weeks on tren I was eating 110-100 grams of fat and about 80-100 grams of carbs with 1 refeed a week. I noticed some gains, but no sides. As soon as I switched my diet up to eating around 50-65 grams of fat and around 180-200 grams of carbs all the sides flared. I suffered insomnia and occasionally night sweats. I noticed my weight started to skyrocket as well ever since I changed it, and my body fat has stayed the same if not gone down with that. With this I realized you really need carbs to have tren do work. This is my 3rd run with tren. My first time with tren, I didn't really care about my diet just focused on eating a lot, and it still worked well. The second time I tried a high fat/low carb approach, buy my gear was fake or severely underdosed garbage. Now this time around I'm doing whatever I said before. I usually workout around 11-12 in the mornings so I try and get in around 100 grams of carbs before I lift. As soon as I'm done working out I eat a slice of white bread (something high on the gi index, but not straight simple carbs), after that I just fill my carbs in with oats and complex carbs until I go to bed. It's hard for me to control my carb cravings, especially when I take prami at night. It makes me sick and I start craving carbs so I'll eat around 20-30 grams of carbs or so to help stave off that nausea. I've been at 18 mg's of aromasin for about 2 weeks I'd say. Are you running anything to lower your prolactin levels, like caber or prami? You can try vitamin b6 if you can't get a hold of caber or prami asap, although the b6 wasn't cutting it for me. As soon as I hopped on the prami and a higher aromasin dose, I noticed the puffyness to die down about a week later. What's MT2?
