HCG and Nolvadex

I know after I'm done with my cycle I have to take 40mg for 2 week and then 20 mg for 2 more weeks of the Nolvadex. But when I have to take the 40 mg do i have to break it up like morning(20mg) and night(20mg)? And this is the part where I get confused, do I take the HCG first or after the nolvadex or at same time?

How many days a week do I inject the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)? How many cc's (500 iu is 1 cc right?)

You can take the nolva all at once, the hcg run it every 3-4 day through the cycle.

It depends on how much bac water you mix with the powder.

ie; it could be 5000 iu/cc.....or......50 iu/cc......or......anything in between., it all depends.

Yep, most HCG kits only come with 1cc bac water for every amp, making 1cc 5000iu. So you need slin pins or more bac water.

Johnny b i read what you wrote to me and you said take it through my cycle on every 3-4 days do you mean like thursday and friday(just an example).
When i do the post cycle therapy (pct) i'm going to be off of my steroid cycle(deca and cypionate) like in 2 weeks

I know I'm supposed to be on Nolva for 4 weeks in total but How long should I be on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)? When I'm taking the Nolva the 2 weeks that I'm taking the 40 mg do I split that up (20mg in morning and another 20mg at night = total 40mg)?
