When you guys use HCG while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or cycle...how long does it take for you to notice it working?
what route do you administer it in? fat, or IM?
What dose?
Do you think 350 i.u. 2 times a week is sufficient for sperm count while on TRT?

sub q... how long have you been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without the hcg??

I've been on TRT for 4 yrs 100mg/wk no hcg.

What differences have you noticed now that you've been on hcg?

When I was on the 2 (HCG and T)...a little more anxious, some increase in energy definitely.
An ache in balls after 6-8 hours of shooting the HCG.

I have been on HCG now for the past 2 1/2 weeks and have noticed a little more energy and the twins have definitely increased in size. I have not noticed any improvement in mood but I am sure it takes a little time to notice that benefit.

I inject SubQ and since I am a fat ass I do inject into fat, although I try to find a spot that has the least amount of fat to pinn.

Wrist or ankles? :-)

Your gonads may take a week or two to notice increase in size after testicular atrophy from not using hCG. However it works relatively quickly, Your doctor may order a larger dose of hCG in the beginning to "jump start" them then go back down to maintenance dose.

Anyone know what is a recommended hCG dose to "jump start" from testicular atrophy?

My doc is a family doc whom l'd need to suggest and inform on hCG use for TRT. l think l'm his only patient on TRT.

They will come back slowly but surely dosage would be decided by your doctor! He has all your labs and information on duration of TRT et cetera. If you don't trust him, you should get one that is specialized that know what is best for you. Not some doc you are advising that is just writes scripts and has no knowledge in the field nor can interpret your lab results. I do not mean to sound rude with that! It's for your best interest in my opinion.

Okay lets say you haven't been on hcg with your TRT for quite some time. Is the standard 250iu 2-3 a week enough to eventually awaken the sleepy twins? Or Do We HAVE to Blast them?

Each patient is different, depending on your baseline labs, duration et cetera

That does seems to be on the lower end but your doctor would be able to help with the best treatment available. I was merely stating that some doctors might prefer that, you don't have to blast them to "awaken them", it may cause a spike in estrogen if you do!

Sorry, I understand you want a regimen. But a doctor should be the one to decide your program. They don't go to school for 12 years for nothing! Especially the few dedicated to HRT.
