Been reading on different cycles and recovery regimes, but still trying to balance all the alternatives. One question regarding HCG:
Is it better to use a low dose of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) throughout cycle to prevent testicular atrophy or wait until end of cycle and use a higher dose to "jump start" natural testosterone production? Either? Both?
What are the pros\cons each way, impacting both building muscle and recovery? What are the recommended dosages each way?
