Where are you all injecting HCG? I've been doing subQ in stomach an inch or two from belly button...and I'm sure i'll be called a wuss but that shit STINGS going in, even after letting it warm up for a few a minutes.
It is the bac water you are using to mix it. My first batch I mixed with some bac water I got from the hospital. A nurse friend of mine hooked me up and showed me how to mix and do my injections. That shit stung like a damn bee sting every shot of the entire bottle. Now, for whatever reason the bac water i have been getting from the pharmacy does not sting at all.
Apparently there is different colored vial tops and concentrations of alcohol, and some has sodium. You should research that as a place to look into resolving the sting
Been injecting Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) subQ in the same area for 7 months. The only time it stings is when I do not allow the alcohol on my skin to dry before pinning. Be sure to wait 30 seconds or so after swabbing the area before pinning.
Make sure top of vial has dried completely before inserting needle. Your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should be refrigerated so it will take a little longer for the alcohol to evaporate, due to its temperature. Other than that make sure the alcohol on your skin evaporates before you inject.
It does sting if you dont let the alcohol evaporate.
Also, dont wipe the alcohol off to dry it. the evaporation process is part of the sterilization process.
What I don't get is why you said that it hurts even after you warm it up. You are not supposed to warm up HCG. It needs to be refridgerated after reconstitution. My Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) never stings. Makes sure you are using bac water instead of Acetic Acid. Double check that.

Just to make sure we're all on the same page: Are you talking about the needle stinging when it goes in, or about it stinging when you start injecting the HCG?
I've found that the skin around the navel is rather sensitive and it does sting when the needle goes in (more than a larger gauge needle going into my glute). I suspect the difference might be because I draw from the vial using the same needle, making it a bit duller in the process.
If it's stinging when you actually inject the HCG, I've never experienced that. In fact, I don't feel that part at all. The suggestion above about the Bac water might be the issue.
