I have been cutting for a while now (33yr old, 6'3" 270 down to 238) Not real positive on bf percentage but have been eating around 2350 cals with 200 g protein. I have been pretty lucky as far as maintaining strength, still bench 405...i ran hdrol bout a year and a half ago and put on about 20 lbs while moving my bench to 450. Had been stuck at 405 to 415 for a cpl years...the hdrol also hit me pretty fast and i started feeling gains early. I ran a week of 50 then upped to 75 for the rest of the cycle and last week at 100mg. Saw no difference in 100. 75 seemed to b my sweet spot..i also had no sides besides a few headaches. I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and take 100mg of test c a week...
I have enough epi for a cycle to assist with th rest of my cut but am now wondering if i should stick to hdrol. My goal is to keep cutting to around 220-225 and maintain as much strength as possible
I am preloading Mck thistle and hawthorn now and just want suggestions as far as which compound since i had pretty good luck with hdrol
