Health Test help

Hey...

My friend has just called me telkling me that he had a test done....
He has been juicing for 15 years and he is 38 years old.....

His liver is at 60.....now how bad is that? I know that normal is around 30, correct?

Also HDL bad was at 270 and the good HDL was a bit low.....

what can he take for HDL to get better...

HDL is one's good cholesterol and should be greater than .90 mmol/L
LDL is one's bad cholesterol and should be less than 3.4 mmol/L

Flush Free Niacin is one way to bring up the HDL.

sgot - ref range is 10 - 35
sgpt - ref range 8 - 40 these are suppose to be what is
ggtp- ref range 7- 51 considered normal ranges


tell him to get a copy of his blood work
