Along with Fish Oil do you guys take anything else to help protect your heart? Anything for cholesterol or anything while on cycle?
I 2nd the n2guard recommendation. That's what I always use, on all my oral cycles, and my bloodwork has always proved to me that it works. I've used it with SD cycles, test+var cycles, etc..
Sometimes I throw in some liv52 during post cycle therapy (pct) as well.

what i currently use is i juice beets, celery, radishes, carrots & apples everyday. it keeps my BP in the normal range (beets drop your bp & celery has a aspirin-like effect in the body). i have used hibiscus tea & dropped my bp dramatically when it was sky high. horny goat weed (tea) worked well too. CoQ10 works slowly over time & is essential to keeping a healthy heart.... i wasnt impressed by hawthorne berry. but im sure it helps. i dont take aspirin however i am sure it is the only reason my dad is still alive today. he is 50, has smoked since he was 13, does not exercise, eats like shit, sleep pattern is horrible BUT he has taken aspirin multiple times through out the day since he was like 20-something. i dont recommend taking it multiple times a day, but a baby one (81mg) will do.... there is alot of evidence saying that nattokinase helps break down clots in the body. thins blood. acts like aspirin. i used to take it. didnt feel a difference while on, i think, that like coq10, it works well over time. fish oils are awesome. i love krill oil best. and yes, red yeast rice is the way to go to keep your cholesterol in check while On
i have a jack lalanne juicer.... its treated me good so far. if you have the money u could probably get a better one... the one that has really caught my eye is the nutri-bullet. because it juices everything down to tiny particles and that way you get every part of the fruit as opposed to the jack lalanne, is a juice extractor & it throws out all the fiber.
