I joined the forums some months back and made a post, I finally decided to listen to you guys a couple months ago. At one point in my life I was in decent shape..however now I'm 28 and I've been married for a few years..I think we all know what that does to the ole body. I'm 6'2 and I weigh roughly 240. I've been dieting for a couple months now and to be honest I've only lost 10 lbs. I've little to no fat on my legs, chest or face. It would seem 100% of my body wait is stomach and love handles(and they are bad). Its not a hard fat either, its soft. Do you guys have any recommendations on workouts or supplements/powders. I'm trying to lose my mid section and bulk up the rest. I'm not going for abs or anything I just would like to have a solid build. Thanks for your time guys.

10 pounds in 2 months is pretty good. If you keep losing a pound a week you will achieve your goals in no time. Just make sure you are eating enough protein so you don't lose muscle.

If you have a good diet you wont need to really spend money on many supplements, maybe a protein powder or creatine but most brands are pretty much the same quality, so go for whatever is cheap and tastes ok. Well done on losing some weight, keep up the good work.

10 pounds is good like megatron said, I wouldn't touch supplements. Just invest in good protein (egg whites/good old chicken...) pretty much what you read on every forum lol. Calorie deficit + appetite control is key. and also, remember that losing fat is a marathon not a race

I would recommend abs workout. Its tough, but it works. Another friend of mine, survived on Fruit Salad for a whole week and lost 4 Kilograms. I would recommend it as well. Regards, Peter Oluoch, dvcaf.uonbi.ac.ke/
