hey i am 17 years old about 5'8 i wiegh about 140 i currently bench 175 max i am on creatine monohydrate i play high school football and i am asain. i was wondering if my ethnicity has to do wit anything i am cut i was wondering what would i take to get bigger fast and strength wise i work out everyday at school based on the USC football program i do lots of pushups usually like what would i take whey protien ? androstien? NO2 or any of those products seen on bodybuilding.com as long as there no huge side effect.
 
nope i worked out with an asian kid at my old gym he was 5'6" 200lbs at like 8%bf ethnicity wont hold back gains ask pullin for a routine he will help you get jacked.. and strong my bench went from 185lbs for 10 to 225 for 10 in a couple weeks with one of his workouts now i bench in the 3's so ask pb for some help
 
hey tsanghan i'd listen to badrash about who to go too for wt training PB is awsome. as far as the NO2 and andro leave that shit alone ur test lvl's and metabolism are threw the roof at ur age just work on ur diet and and stick to the basics whey, creatine and maybe a wt gainer with out alot extra bull sh*t in it. just protien, carbs, and fat no extras in it like methoxy or any weird sh*t u never heard of...ur diet will play the biggest part in gains for strenth and over all mass...oh yea tsanghan since u know BB.com go there and check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/mj.html its a really good wt gainer with a good amount of pro carbs and MCT as fat all of wich will help u grow...

There are some big asians and there are lots of small asians. Statistically testosterone is about 50 points lower than a white persons, and white people are likewise not statistically the highest either.

You work with what you have though. There are people that walk in right off the street and bench over 400 pounds with zero training, but you can bet your ass there aren't a lot of them out there. Should I not train because these people exist? Thats just how it is.

I myself currently can't put on more than 1.5 pounds a week without my waist growing (unless I throw in anadrol which pulls in a lot of water), everyone has some kind of limit. For you to put on quality weight though you are going to have to watch your diet, creatine alone isn't going to do much of anything except pull in some water.
 
koops im on my own workout now never exceeding 12 sets per body part and 15 for back... its a drastic change but ny strength is sky rocketing when i did 40-50 sets i could only bent over row like 155 for ten now i do reps of 8 at 285... its a customized pullin routine.. sorta like 5x5 buit it works for me so i aint changing it for awhile
 
mudge i have to argue the water weight with creatine, when i take it i have to take around 15 to 20 grams daily and i barely gain any water blaotin let a lone any real mass gains but it does help with my trainin and muscle fatigue for me...so its all relavent to the person on it..but diet is the key here for a teen i dont think any chemicals like andro or even NO2 are benificial even if he has lower test lvls for bein asian hes still a teen right...i could be wrong but his lvls should still be high enough to to get good gains with a clean diet and the basics like creatine, whey and wt gainers...i dont personally believe prohormones or even real gear should be used till later in life like in the mid to late 20's but thats just my opinion..
 
You wont get an argument from me, because creatine does jack shit for me. Some people love it, me I seem to be immune to any brand I've tried or delivery system. The last "version" I used was Swole v2, which lots of non-responders touted as great, just didn't do anything for me.

If it works for someone though I certainly wouldn't tell them to stop.

Diet is always #1, supplements are exactly that, supplements.

Second, I would recommend to drop those pushups and start lifting real weights.

Not to be knocking you, or the USC program, but that program is designed for top caliber athletes, and most of us are not top caliber athletes, meaning that there is a good probability that the program will actually be counterproductive for gains. I refer you to an example one of my teachers gave me -- he was working as a trainer for a D3 school in New Mexico, and the women's basketball coach decided to implement the same practices as the University of Tennessee used....well, whereas the Vols women's team is a perennial contender with those practices, the D3 athletes just got hurt with overuse injuries-- i.e. they weren't physically capable of meeting the same demands as higher caliber athletes.

As for supplements, the whey is good, and you'd probably benefit from a good weight gainer, but I'd definitely stay away from PH's and things of that nature at your age.

For getting stronger, stick to heavy weights and find a program more suited to your ability level (once again, not knocking you -- I wouldn't respond on that program either, most likely), such as needsize's 5x5 program on here or PullinBig's program in the deadlift sticky. As for speed, lots of sprints, lots of plyometrics, and some resisted running (e.g. parachutes, sleds, etc.)

creatine, whey protien, glutamine i mean like stuff that wont mess wit my hormones or soemthing like that THANKS AGAIN so juss basicly hard work ?
this kid on the team his was my size a year ago NOW he is like GNARELY SICK ASS cut and ripped like yolked lol he has to be on something or is there like any supplements that is mixed into a huge tub like a mixure of buying item by item and would you guys recommended

hey tsanghan check it out ...go to the top of the training forum and go to the sticky called 5X5 ...pull it up and start with that...its simple and basic yet very very effective second ...supps are just that ..there supplements...dont depend on them i did when i first started and i think it hurt me in the long run, i stopeed taking so much sh*t now and now i keep every thing i get ...as far as what i would suggest heres a list:
-wt gainer (the one i mentioned b4 www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/mj.html )
-get a good whey (isopure by natures best, imo is the best for post work out)
-creatine just get a plain old monohydrate (nothing like cell tech or anything like that)
-vitamins and minerals (i use universals animal pac but there are others that are good too like Ultimate Nutrition Daily Complete Formula)
-fish oils (i use rexall fish oil and a borage, flax, fish oil mix; i take 4 aday of both, from wal-mart 1000mg ea about 6-8 grams aday)
clean up ur diet
-i'd say about 1.5-2 grams per lb of body wt u are, a day of protien i'd say maily eggs(whole), lean cut steaks, and chicken plus ur cheeses other dairies(roughly 210-300 aday)
-carbs i'd say somewere around 2-3 grams per lb of body wt aday since u wanna add size and these should be low glycemic carbs mostly from whole wheats, oats and sweet potatoes i think the rule of thumb is if its brown it ok(roughly 280-420 grams aday)
-fat about 1.5 grams aday per lb of body wt (roughly 210grams a day+/- few here mostly animal fats though i'd say around 60-70% or more should be animal based (dairy&meats) the rest can come from ur other foods such as nuts and grains)
i think that should pretty much cover it ..any other help out there guys or any thing i missed here..
