Hello everyone new here. Looking for dieting/excercising advice.

Hello everyone, My name is Mike. I'm 21 years old and going to be 22 coming here next St. Patrick's Day. Came here looking for some advice to implement into better exercising/dieting duo to stay with me for hopefully a lifetime. As for statistics on my physique right now, I currently weigh 215 pounds and am 6 foot, pretty good build though for the weight (mesomorph) but looking to cut a little bit, 200 would be fit for my size but to start seeing tone(ab protrusion/obliques) I am shooting around 185 or so. Have had much experience with being in the weight room (since 17 years old) but want something a bit more tailored for my personal goals. I am pretty proficient with the language as far as dieting goes through academia and working at GNC for 6 months, but I just need a point in the right direction. Very accepting of both positive feedback and constructive criticism so please feel free to offer me your advice people, again looking to be optimistic with all the information I can get.
