Hello everyone! : )

Looking forward to learn allot from you!

I'm a 27 year old guy. Started working out when I was 16. Had some healthissues for several years, but trough diet, suplements and thyroxine meds I am going strong agian (gained 10kg since last year, but now my growth has really slowed down). 82kg (180 lbs), 185 cm (about 6 ft) and superthin wrist. My bodyfat is 9%.
Currently I am on one of my long holidays in Thailand. Here I can basicly get anything I want to get my hands on quite easily.
Actually allready bought everything neccesary for a test prop cycle and pct, but decided that is not a good idea to use it after all at this point.

What I'm curious about is can I take like a really low dose of test prop without long-term damaging my natrual production of T?
Are there other safer drugs to speed up muscle growth, that don't leave permanent damage or are easier to recover from?

a low dose of Test for a first cycle will do you more harm then good . it will still suppress your natty test levels, but will be low dose so you won't get much out of it in regards to muscle building either . its a lose lose situation .

if you run HCG throughout your cycle and a strong PCT , you should have no problem recovering natty test levels (unless you have hpta issues to begin with or are genetically predisposed).

I'd run the test as your first cycle . don't go looking for anything else , because really everything else is suppressive as well and needs test to be ran with it as a base.
 
If that's the case I will give it a shot a few weeks from now. So I allready got HCG and Aromasin. Planning to get Nolvadex too.

All you need is juice, orange juice.

Run a min of 350mg/week of prop for 8 weeks. You may consider upping your dose to 125 eod. Read up on pct then write out your entire cycle plan for review and read up in the diet section too.

Enjoy Thailand. Watch out for ladyboys, unless you're into that type of stuff
