Help Back-ne!!!!Started a cut and got Back-ne damn near immediately.

37 year old man on TRT. 200mg of test cyp a week, .25 AI twice a week

I started a cut last week and bumped test cyp up to 300mg a week because I am using 50mcg of t3 daily. Also, I take .5 AI twice a week as a precaution. I got Back-ne almost immediately. It's not acute or anything but it still visible. Additionally, I thought it took test cyp awhile to get in your system so I cant understand how the first week of bumping my cyp to 300mg that i got backne so quickly. Please recommend a possible treatment. Thanks in advance.

You only bumped it 100mg , not a lot. And u increase Ur AI as well.
You are on a cut so did u change your diet much? Eating something you normay don't?
Or are you going through something stress full ?

I'm on trt, and have been for almost 3 years. Backne is my biggest problem from trt. Some people like myself, are genetically predisposed to getting acne. So testosterone just exaggerates it.

Drinking plenty of water, and cutting way back on sugar, seems to help me a little. But nothing gets rid of it for me.

Some people get more acne when their estradiol level is too high, as well. While that's not my reason, you should make sure you are keeping that in check.

Actually, I think when I was taking a zinc copper supplement daily, that helped too. I'll have to go back to that.

Waiting on a an offer from a new job and have an interview Wednesday. The current gig is stressing me a little bit but ive never had a breakout due to stress
