well the olive oil in meal one kinda prevents that meal from being pro/carb, doesnt it?

id have pro/carbs/fruit pre workout, not pro/fat.

same with PWO; no fat.

and why youd need "help here" for meal 7 is beyond me. Pick a protein thats not chicken or hamburger, pick a fat, and eat them. Shits complicated, isnt it?

other than that its identical to every critique-my-diet thread ever posted. Why those threads wouldnt pertain to you, especially considering we have no idea whether you weigh 100 pounds or 300 pounds since you didnt give any stats, is also beyond me.

And learn how to use commas and periods if you expect anyone to decipher what youre asking.

looks fine, make the changes i recommended.

like i said, youre diet is the same as every other diet ever posted on any BBing board ever...chicken, brown rice, red meat, oatmeal, protien powder, and some EFAs. Not much anyone can really recommend other than just eat this way for a while and see what happens. If you gain weight too fast, lower the cals. If youre slowly gaining weight and strength than youre doing it right.

What has helped me bulk in my diet is instead of so much tuna and chicken I like roast beef and steak. I like to drink a lot of milk as well. Also if you really want to bulk the cardio sometimes hinders the weight gain, at least for me it does. I like other things like occasional volleyball or nice walks. Focus on heavy foods and heavy weights.

With all the high protein foods you need fiber and minerals to help digest--so get plenty of fresh vegetables along with a high protein diet.

yes i thought of roast beef and i think ill make a roast beef sandwitch with whole grain bread for a meal

Vegetables not starches-that is the ideal source of fiber

Digestion is something i battled with from jan-about may. But what i did was elimnate all cheeses and milk. Right now i am not using any digestive supps and have been ok, but will be ordering some digestive supps this week...they are fairly cheap.

Lots of water and EFA's seem to keep my stomach happy .

I mean the bloat i got from milk would be so bad that I couldnt eat, so it became counter productive.

Thats a pretty clean diet but however if your are bulking you can probably consume even more food. And cardio might hinder your gains if your trying to traditionally bulk. If staying lean is a serious concern then that is another story
