i know everyone has said it but do you need to drink EVERYDAY? to me that seems like a problem..enough said though onot the lifting
everyone made good suggestions but no one asked where you are WEAK or where you miss your lifts..you cannot just simply do this or do that itll work for about 5 weeks and then it wont work anymore..
youve set a lofty goal and maybe you can get there but youll need to make ur weaknesses stronger..most people only do certain things because they are good at it..with that kinda attitude youll get nowhere fast..
so if you address where you have problems in the lift and then train those areas ur bench will go up..keep in mind these problems may change as you move up in weight
