Help, low free t

Just got my results back and my free t was at 12.5pg/ml on a scale of 5-40. Converting this to ng/dl is 1.3 ng/dl. I looked at t levels by age and for my age group at 22, thks should be around 12.3 ng/dl. According to this table I have less free test than a 100 year old man... Is this incorrect? Opinions?

i would not jump on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at your age, talk to a doc and ask what could cause this, is it a normal event as you're growing, do you have other signs that something not right, did you develop normally, have normal libido for your age, facial hair .. ect

Forgot to mention that i have zero libido at all. No urge to m, as a matter of fact I can barely even get it up by myself. I also never have morning missle.... I am also tired all the time, terrible memory, and cant focus on shit

There can be other things going on that can be causing your Test to be low. Poor sleep. Poor diet. Narcotics. Thyroid. Over-weight. Pituitary. Testicles. Etc. As advised by bhrees, try to figure out what is causing you to have Low T. Don't just jump on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at your age. There's a good chance you may be able to get your natural test production fired up again. Seek out a good Endo and/or Uro.

I have already seen a urologist and he did nothing to help me, just told me to see a shrink. The GP told me that I need to see a shrink as well, bit this is complete bullshit since I am literally tired everyday, even though I sleep 8 hours, eat like a champ and work out. There is literally nothing else I can do to boost t levels. MY thyroid is fine, within normal levels.

what is your latest TSH? i find 'within normal levels' to be as questionable with thyroids as with testosterone levels - you may have a sluggish thyroid and still be within range.
