Help Me Get Big!!

i started bulking in August, but my experiment was only based eating in fast joints. To this day i gained 40 lbs. Got probably 30% bodyfat. Planning to stop in December. At that time I'll be probably around 260-270 lbs. I must admit that it's been a hard stress on the body and my mind adjusting to these gains(lots of fat), but I pulled through it. Planning to start my cutting program in the begining of next year. My goal would be cut down to 240-230 lbs and then start all over again this process of bulking.
May I ask why?
 
some things you just got to try it in life, the attitude should be like this " Don't give a flying fuck what other think or say" . Been saying that everytime I enter a fast joint .

I hope you're at least seeing your doctor regularly. Have you discussed this diet with him?
 
ohh yes i visit doctor on daily basis, I know its very costly some visits go as high $300 a day. I'm basically around my doctor all the time. He is doing all the necessary body tests, from my my toes and all the way till my ears. It's very necessary to see your doctor I may add.
 
kinda like the movie supersize me? kreig obviously you took offense here, but what you do is your choice, all we're wondering is your "reason" for dieting the way you do/did. relax.
 
my reason was I got tired of consuming ungodly amout of clean food , also got tired of all powder shit out there, especially got tired of those People with "Fitness made simple" attitude. The last reason I'm too tall to pack on musles, so I switched going for mass to look fuller. I'm now 250 lbs , I got no big belly and I'm happy. I'm just big tall fella , thats all. My goal is to be as massive as those linebackers , I'm starting to look like one allready.

Actually, you might have the right idea about your diet. Especially with you being tall and skinny with a fast metabolism like myself. If you weigh 250 lbs. and still have have a flat stomach, then you must be doing something right. 30% bodyfat is a lot, but when you trim down you should have a good amount of new muscle if you're training hard and consistently, at least I would think so.

I kind of feel like you now krieg, I just want to be big and fill out XXL t-shirts and tanktops, no matter what my body composition is, as long as I don't have a pot belly. It's hard as hell to fill out a 6'2'' frame with a wingspan of 6'7". Right now I have 14 inch arms and aspire to have 18-20 inch arms one day. The only way I think it's going to happen is to eat like a manic (krieg) and train like one.

Damn you must have some really good genetics then... i know if that was me I'd be extremely sloppy looking, anyway I didn't mean to knock you at all if what you're doing is working, then rock on...
 
Yes I train extremely hard, but I wouldn't recommend this diet to anyone actually. This is extremely dangerous and unhealthy. But when you are 6'8 you realy dont give a damn what people say around you. I been listening them for nearly 10 years. And now I crap over them. Lets see where I'll be in 5 years, you never know maybe in the hospital, You got to try things in life man
