Help me recover? Not sure where to go from here

25 years old. Did one test e cycle 500 a week for 12 weeks, about 7 months ago. Pct for Clomid/nolva

Testosterone: 348-1197; mine is 395
LH: 1.7-8.6; mine is 4.6
FSH: 1.5-12.4; mine is 3.5
Estradiol: 1.5-42.6; mine is 13
SHBG 10-55; mine is 22

My levels seem pretty screwy. I'm not sure exactly what's wrong besides low free T. Can anybody give me some info on what any of this means? Also I'd like to know where to go from here. Should I try a restart? What kind of restart?
