Do you work shift work? You need to get your ass out of bed at the exact same time every day no matter what. Your body will adjust. Or, it's the drugs like you think.

When do you pin when you wake up are at night before bed.I've found it helps to do it when I wake up.But that's just my opinion.

Before you go to sleep take 2 tablets of Zaditen 2 mg total . It makes me sleep so deep and restful

I take melatonin and am prescribed trazadone for insomnia. Works well for me. Try the melatonin and see if it works for you. I wouldn't take prescription meds for it if you know its just caused by the roids.

5mg melatonin and some bedtime tea usually do the trick for me. Doesnt help so much to fall asleep but you sleep better through the night.

Trazadone is itself somewhat addictive unless you are going to take it for the rest of your life. The first week once you stop taking it, it is virtually impossible to fall asleep. If you can stand being off it for a week, you should be okay.
