Help me with my PCT...

I am in a cycle of 12 weeks of Deca 100mg ( mainly for joint pain and tendon pain )
14 weeks of Test E 500mg

Here in my place there is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) available in 5000mg, 200mg & 1000mg

Please guide me how to run the post cycle therapy (pct) ..

Have you researched at all?
If you can get your hands on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) run it theough the whole cycle at 500iu/week
14 days after your last pin start pct.
