Help me with Strength/Body routine.

I was hoping some of you (especially the DADAWG) could recommend a hybrid power based routine to equally make me look very good. I believe this is what the term powerbuilding refers to, but not sure.

I took a few years on and off lifting and off AS.

I have been trying Starting strength for a while but the squatting 3 times a week is too much for me and The rest of my work out and body ends up suffering. It also isn't doing much for me aesthetically and am looking pretty sloppy. I would still like to squat twice a week since my squat is only slightly more than my bench.

Bench is 225x5x3
Squat keeps resetting
I am 5'7 205 pounds

Any suggestions? I need to fit in cardio as well.

I would like to fit in Squats 2 times a week if thats possible. I also want to be be able to fit weighted dips and Chins. Standing military press and some accessory work. And a Day for deads with no squats? If this is not ideal let me know. Thanks a lot for the help.
 
No cardio in power lifting when im done squating. I can only do once a week no way I can do it 3 times
also never do reads same say as squats. So now if your power lifting? Squats,bench,deads,heavy fuckin rows, farmer walks basics to get ya going but maybe I don't fully understand what your asking
 
Shit okay reread your post sorry if your really lifting heavy don't do squats more than once. A week and never do deads on same day I separate the two by 4 days because I blast them fucks so do this basic bench,dips dad one, day two squats, farmers,rows heavy,day 3 off,day four chins,presses and other simulars, day 5 reads,shrugs,maybe some weighted lunges this will get you going again since you been off. Simple but heavy as fuck nothing past 5 reps four to five sets when your in your groove again we can start the real fun
