I'm 6'1'' 240-250 lbs, i've been lifting weights on average about 2 times a week for the past 2 months. Nothing to long, just making an appearance because some of my friends lift weights also.

I'm looking for:
diet plan(in simple terms)
Weight lifting plans
Also what type of drugs should I use(such as creatine, etc...)
 
drugs are not an option for you

if you go to the gym because ur friends go that may be the reason you arent seeing results..try being consistent and getting to the gym to LIFT 3 days per week..we have a bunch of routines in the sticky's at the top of this forum..

dont get me wrong its good to lift with friends just make sure you are getting your work done..nothing wrong with bulshitting in between sets as long as workouts are productive
 
i say pick of of those guys u go with thats serious and lift with him. numerous guys standing over a bench always seems to be less then productive. listen to behemoth and get that cardio goin. good luck....
