So I have low free test. 2 points below normal level. Shbg is high, 15 points above the highest normal level. Total test 711 which is good. E2 is 21 which is fine. Estrone is high and way above normal. What is my solution. I can take test to get free t up? Or just decrease shbg somehow? Estrone lower a solution? Please give me some advice.

backstory? have you done any cycles? what caused your low t? are you on meds?

Numbers sound good to me. I wouldn't be considering TRT with TT of 711ng/dl. I don't know any doctors that would prescribe TRT either for you.

I'm wondering about who ordered or performed this blood test. Did they actually even test free testosterone directly? I've seen clinics just calculate free T from T,SHGB and nominal Albumin to save a few bucks.
The fact that estrone was tested is a bit suspicious, not generally looked at in males, possibly not even relevant.
If a clinic did this test and is recommending you go on TRT based on the "low free T", I'd be extremely wary (actually, run far away).
