Help On running Test/Deca?winny cycle

Man to tell you the truth i have been eating like shit the last couple weeks. Hell the last couple months. For breakfast if i do eat breakfast at all i eat mcdonalds. And than for lunch i will eat something fast food and i knw thats really bad. The only time i really eat good is for dinner and thats when i will have a chicken breast with corn or brocolli or maybe a steak with potatoes but i usually only eat 3 times a day. I work out 3 to 4 times a week but only 2 hard days.

well if this forum was made for people that have no patience im sure u will be the first subscriber. This forum is to help people and give them advice not sit here and make someone feel beneath you. If someone is doin something wrong tell them that and explain to them what they are doing wrong. Dont do what you are doin and just bashing people because you have sooo much knowledge

calm down lil fella. Don't get ur feelings hurt. Its just frustrating when people don't read up on how/when/why you should or shouldn't do AAS. Hell, you didn't even know what post cycle therapy (pct) was and then claimed to know "how to do steroids".

Why should i give you advice when when someone else tried and you said you already knew what you were doing? Doesn't make much sense does it?

So, because you asked, here's the deal.

1. you eat like a girl. EAT MORE
2. you DON"T know how to do steroids obviously. STOP DOING THEM.
3. You admittedly eat "shit in between" those 3 meals a day. STOP AND EAT CLEAN WHOLE FOODS!

There. Now, do that for a year, train hard and get your rest and then come back and tell us where you are. If you are well above where you are now (I'm ur same height and made it to 205lbs naturally), then we'll talk.

OK, now are you gonna take this advice? Fuck no. How do I know this? Cause I can count at least 50 threads that start just like urs in the last month. Including yours this is three posts almost exactly the same in the last 10 days. I spent two seconds looking for these.

You need to improve your diet. Jamy is the guy to get the job done bro'.

You'll be able to make gains just by following his advice.

Once you go as fare as you can with proper diet and training then add AAS.
 
it is tough love bro-and a lot of times it has to be that way cause everyone comes here and wants advice-but less than half actually do what their told
