You can try Zinc. I think it is helping me...together with twice weekly shots.

I only use zinc in pill form...you can get it at wally world. Never tried DIM.

I googled zinc and found out that it is a form of E stopper. I already have a bottle that I bought a while ago and never used. I will start taking it. Thanks for the advise.

You don't really know if you need it unless you get your E2 levels tested. Let that be your deciding factor.

As far as otc estrogen blockers go, I personally like Erase Pro.

I never had my E2 tested. I just want something that I can take more as a precaution...

Im prescribed 200 ml per month but I now split to 50 ml per week with the advice from someone on this site...

you dont take it as a precaution, you take it because you need it or dont need it. your doc doesn't have half a brain if he is not checking your E2 ( estrogen) in your blood work... I would find a new Endo/doc if this is the case.

I highly rec RUI liquidex for research. You need to know your blood work to know if you need to use an AI or when you need to up or lower the dose of the AI..

Good luck...

200 mg u mean?
Check with megatron about ur weekly dosage if 50 mg.
Looks lil bit low, but I dunno much abt Trt protocols

That is not Abnormal, ROFL.

I was always told to stay away from otc anti E and test boosters at gnc and places like that. They are more expensive than real gear and not near as strong. Might as well save money and get real crap

50mg per week of test is a very low TRT dose. It is unlikely that you have an estradiol issue. It is more likely that you still have Low T actually.

You need blood work. Read the sticky I wrote in the TRT section for what labs you need to run.

As Juced said, don't take an AI without first knowing that you have high E2. I promise you that dropping your E2 too low will be about the worst feeling in the world that you have experienced.
