I have been dieting for a little over a month and feel like I am not seeing results anymore. Is there any suggestions?

This is my diet:

9:00 protien shake w/flax
11:00 Some sort of meat 6-8 oz usually 99% lean ground Turkey
1:00 some sort of meat 6-8 oz veg. w/no carb dressing
3:00 protien shake w/flax
5:00 some sort of meat 6-8 ox.
pwo shake m-w usually not till around 8-9 (plan on adding dextrose here)
10:00 eggs w/some sort of meat and oatmeal

I cheat every Suandays and have a free for all.

I do cardio 4 times a week for 35 minutes.
Iam trying to drink 2 gallons of water too. I was only drinking 1 a day.
I take a multi-vitamin and ephedrine, just oreder r-ala, biotin, caffeine and dextrose.
I took clen for 2 weeks but was oxyflux and Dont even think it did anything. I can get it again but it would probably be oxy again. How long van you do ephedrine for? Is Vasapro ephedrine HCI just as good as ephedrine 25.

I saw good gains the first 2 weeks but now dont feel like I see any difference since then.

Do not take ephedrine unless you absolutely need it -such as that last 1% you are trying to lose before a contest otherwise it simply screws up your metabolism

Im trying to cut up. If that is true about ephedrine y do so many people take it. I never heard that if screws up your metabolism or even has an effect on it.

The diet you have layed out is adequate in protein, limited in carbs, and you have added in some "good" fats, but the one thing that you need to cut out is the oatmeal at night. When you eat carbs that late, they are only stored as fat. Eat the oatmeal in the morning to give you an ample supply of muscle glycogen throughout the day. Also, you should add in more fish cooked in an olive oil or another frienly fat - like Canola; add in more nuts - they are high in fats, but they are "good" fats that help the body burn fat - Fat is burned in a fat furnace - and they are extremely high in protein; and watch how you are making your protein shakes - if you are using milk, you are adding in milk sugars and extra calories.

The cardio is good, but when do you do it ? First thing in the AM on an empty stomach is best to burn fat. A man has to do cardio for a minimum of 20 minutes before the body begins to burn fat - for the first 20 minutes, the body burns the calories you have eaten that day. Also, be sure to get your heart rate up in the active range or you're just going through the motions for cardio.

Now , ephedrine is a product that has been around for centuries - it effects your central nervous system and not so much your metabolism. The things that can affect you metabolism are eating and exercise. Long -term use of ephedrine is something that each person needs to look at - it is a good product when used correctly. It will spike the central nervous system to increase your energy expenditure, which will in turn cause fat and weight loss. Use it as a tool to get you on the right road, but when you are on the road, use your diet and exercise to maintian the losses. Another point is it takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose one pound of fat - so each week, you should be cutting your calories by almost 500/week. Do you know how many calories per day you need for weight loss and weight maintenance? Keep this in mind when you are planning your diet for weight loss. Hope this helps.

I do cardio in the morning and now do 45 minutes. I actually just added peanuts to 2 of my meals. I do eat fish at least once a week, sometimes more. I use water not milk. See I thought that about the oatmeal but I was also told that you should have carbs in your pwo and ppwo meal.

Sounds like the cardio is on line. The pre-workout meal should have carbs in it, but be sure to eat at least 2 hours before you lift. Actually, if you don't eat for 3 hours, the body gets a natural surge of Growth Hormone while you are lifting - something to think about.

I alluded as to why carbs are needed after you lift, but that is about the only reason.

Sound advice - never eat carbs alone and be generous as to when you eat them. First thing in the AM, pre-workout, and post-workout are the main times to add in carbs.

Also, look at your protein shake - it may have carbs in it, so extra carbs throughout the day may not be warranted.

the post workout shake should have some dextrose added to refuel those glycogen stores but I would agree in getting rid of the oatmeal at that last meal.
Do you not like cottage cheese?
Cottage Cheese makes an awesome before bed meal. Get rid of the meat and oatmeal at 10:00pm and add in a cup of cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of Udo's Oil. :)

Actually I dont like cottage cheese. The only reason I was eating the oatmeal is I was told u were supposed to have them in your ppwo meal. (the first solid meal after my pwo shake)
