Hi i have been lifting for about a year and a half now, am realitivly happy with what i have gained, Think i have hit a wall now tho so am changing my routine, let me know what u think, i am going for mass, thanks in advance Neil

All the exercises are done for 4 sets 12,10,8,6

Monday Chest/Triceps
Flat Bench Press
Flys 4 sets
Decline Bench Press
Tricep Pushdowns
FrenchPress

WED Back/ Biceps

Deadlift
One arm Rows
Dumbell Curls
Preatcher Curls
One arm machine curls

Thur Legs
Squats
Extentions
Curls
Calf Raises

Fri Shoulders

Military Press
Shrugs
Alternating dumbell press

and thats it, is this 2 much? 2 little? any advice Much appreciated. thanks Neil

looks good..
...on chest day.....scrap the declines...throw in incline dumbell presses...keep the bench at a mild angle less than 45 degrees

Shoulder day...get rid of the alternate presses..and throw in some side laterals
Monday /wed/fri/sun would be better in my opinion...gives you better recovery between workout days..
Incorporate some cable pulldowns to the front for back...as well
Your sets and reps look good ... not alot of volume there ....
Just change up your order of excercises at least evrey two to three weeks and try to come up with a new routine every 2 months to stimulate muscle growth...

2 lil in my opinion.. i believe in being a gym rat..
guyz now dont pounce on me but i have been doing 2 hrs/6days workout for the last 5 yrs and i think i m doing very well...

Doing High intensity training in 45 mins is for the colemans and cutlers ,not us.. they have more juice and less blood in the bodies ...

BENT OVER ROWS... use it for back excellent mass builder..
throw in hammer curls for bi's too
if u do chest with tri's throw in close or reverse grip presses
and leg presses or hack squats go as a compund set
thats my 2 cents

tripz is that solely lifting for 2 hours or is cardio and abs counted? 2 hrs 6/days is nuts.. i dont think ive ever thrown weights around longer than 45 mins congrats to you and your dedication

you been lifting 5 years and only weigh 170. you may wanna take a look at a new routine.

hit training is for everyone who wants to grow. how you think they got so big?

hey pullin is underhand grip better for rows or over.. plus is it ok if i do 3 sets of it at the normal angle and then three sets at dorian yates angle.. he stands like at a 45 degree angle to work his traps, shoulders and back...

i use a overhand grip but some like underhand. i also stand at about 45 degrees. you can load up more weight which is nice if you can keep your form. its more of a low row which still spanks the lats and all else back there.

i do one set to failure on these (4-8) or RP and aim for 11-15.

hmmm

well yeh 2 hrs with 15 mins abs...

i sincerely believe that HIT is gona do no shit if you are not juicing.. 95% may disagree but this is just my opinion...

i m not more than170-175 lbs may be cuz of my wayward diet... but then i have never gone for any bulking phase ..i eat wat i feel like for 12 months and i work out hard... i cannot see myself bloating during winters and then working out to get rid of the extra. i would rather stick at the same weight and go for more n more defination all throughout the year ..

i m happy with my stats which i think r pretty decent,so.......... ;-)

hit works juice or no juice. thats my experince as a long tme lifter and trainer, not my opinion. and to think you have to fatten up to gain muscle is rediculous too. i have several trainees gaining solid mass and keeping BF the same or reducing it. if 95% of the people disagree with you then maybe they know something you dont.

i wouldnt squat and deadlift on back to back days , spread them out a little . besides the extra leg work doing the deads the day after squatting you are BLASTING your cns on back to back days as well . try mon legs , tues chest , thursday back/deads , friday shoulders
