Hi, need a bit of help with my diet...
Stats:-
Height - 6`2"
Weight - 205lbs
Target - 190lbs in 8 weeks
I will be using var and clen/eca for the 8 weeks.
I will be dropping cals to 2700 a day.
What % of these cals should I aim to get from protein/carbs/fat?
Training will remain the same along with 3 or 4 cardio sessions a week
