Hi guys about to finish my bulking cycle with test and deca. Started at 94kg now am 110kg but am 193cm tall. Anyway don't know how much of the 16 kg gained is fat and water but what I wanna do now is shred this water and fat and lose the fat around my belly so I'm looking ripped. What's the best way to tackle this?
I know diet is important so I was going to cut carbs. Also is it worth using a cutting compound to help the process and if so what? In terms of cardio how much shall I do?
Don't want to lose too much muscle in the process so how should I change my program to help this?
