I had surgery yesterday to repair bone spurs, ligament reattachment and heel bone realignment. I am on HRT 1cc a week of 200 cyponate. I have access to anything and was wondering what would help me heal as fast as possible. Help!!!!! I know this has probably been answered somewhere before but I am not forum proficient.
