Help with Bloodwork please

Hi guys, currently on 500mg of test enanthate, confused with blood work completely.

I had a blood test done 6 weeks ago when I was on 200mg of test e (the exact same lab) and my results came back higher than now on 600mg.

I had the blood test done at 9am in the morning 48 hours after last inj, I am confused as to why is was higher on the old 200mg compared to this, especially when it was the same lab.

First pic is test done 7 weeks ago on 200mg a week, second is today on the 600mg with the same lab...

The weird thing is I don't feel it's bunk as I've done many cycles before and know the feeling when I'm on, sex drive high and strength going through the roof as well as size...

If they are the same, why do they have different reference ranges?

Can you post all of your blood work results from each time period so we can see what is actually going on?

Hello, thanks for your response.

When I said the same lab, I meant the testosterone I was running... I got the Bloodwork done by two different labs, so I guess that's why the ranges are different.

The first time I got the Bloodwork I asked for testosterone, full blood count and liver/kidneys. Second time the same but with estrogen too.

I was running 200mg the first time, and I'm currently running 500mg (same lab different bottle of course).

would you like me to post my full blood count and liver too? All of it is in normal ranges apart from urea and AST.

Let's see everything? Hopefully you checked LH and FSH too.

Were you on any orals, or drinking during this? Your liver was a little upset. Good idea to supplement with NAC @ 600 - 1200mg daily.

In regards to your test, most people would be over 26n/mols on 200mg weekly. You might require more for the same levels though. How long were you on 600mg before you drew blood stating 44n/mols?

How high was your protein intake btw?

Hi there, I was 48mol on the 200mg.. Now I'm 26mol on the 500mg... I don't drink or do orals but my AST AND ALT are always slightly elevated which is unusual - I don't take any prescription drugs either, basically nothing that would put my liver under any stress. I eat around 360g protein a day and I'm 215lbs.

Thanks mate

The wrong food choices can put your liver under plenty of stress.. do you eat a lot of carbs, especially processed or refined carbs and sugars

That is way way way too much protein mate. No wonder your Urea is elevated. You really need to lower that, long term it can cause serious kidney issues... potentially (don't quote me on this) could also be the cause for your elevated AST/ALT.

What's your bf% roughly?

Assuming you fall in the 10 - 15% range, for someone your size between 250g - 290g is plenty for a cut and 200g - 240g for a bulk. If bulking on cycle you could push closer toward the ~290g but I wouldn't even stay that high long term, only during blasts. Make sure your dropping it regularly for maintenance phases etc.

How long have you been on the 500mg? Looks like you got a bunk/severely underdosed vial. I would contact the source.

How do carbohydrates put your liver under plenty of stress?

google search .. refined carbohydrates and liver stress and causes of fatty liver disease.

it's been pretty well documented, especially since the airing of a documentary where a guy ate a high amount of processed Carbs for 30 days and at the end of the 30 days his liver values were up drastically.

What was the total diet breakdown on that guy in the doco? I'm willing to bet it wasn't just high carb diet... probably extremely high amounts of simple sugars and not much else. I could be wrong but, I've consumed some massive amount of carbs on bulks/recomps before and never had any issues with liver values. I'd be surprised if it were possible any other way in 30days...

for sure,, I'm talking refined simple and sugary carbs. NOT complex carbs, like wild rice and potatoes. things like sugar, soft drinks, white breads, cookies, pop tarts etc.. (you know, the high glycemic 'dirty bulk' kinda carbs we all like to indulge in)

I could understand huge amounts of those long term definitely having a wide negative impact on health, it wouldn't surprise me if affected liver as well. I was just confused cause you were asking OP - If he's consuming 360g/pro a day I doubt he's indulging in huge amounts of candy long term lol :)

I just did a google search and see no scientific evidence whatsoever that a diet high in refined/processed carbs will undoubtably cause elevated liver enzyme in humans.

As for this guy who ate high amount of processed/refined carbs. That is one individual. Not something Id base an opinion on or call fact.

Carbohydrate are part of a balanced diet. They are not unhealthy, they will not cause harm to us. Do you want to consume 10lbs of candy a day? Probably not, but one of the last things thats causing liver issues is carbohydrates.
