Help with Bloodwork please

I could understand huge amounts of those long term definitely having a wide negative impact on health, it wouldn't surprise me if affected liver as well. I was just confused cause you were asking OP - If he's consuming 360g/pro a day I doubt he's indulging in huge amounts of candy long term lol :)

well something has his liver values up.. he doesn't drink alcohol, no pain meds, he doesn't do orals AAS (spell check had that almost come out "he doesn't do 'oral ass').. so just throwing the carbs out there as something for him to look into,, again there may be a connection between liver issues and excessive simple carb intake.

Can you post the peer reviewed medical studies with control groups that show the correlation between simple casrb intake and elevated liver enzymes please? I would like to see more information about this.

You don't think the massive amount of protein had anything to do with it? Lol. Maybe/maybe not, but its a shitload more likely than the carbs.

No sorry I can't,, I'm on the forums for open discussion and entertainment purposes only and have neither the time nor the capacity to review and look into such research. I'm only passing along thoughts and opinions (one laymen to another), and taking in others thoughts and opinions (as is fitting for such a public forum as this one).. I'd imagine there are those in the medical, science, and dietary heath community that have other forms of communication , besides a an anabolic steroid forum full of a bunch of juiced up short tempered meat heads :) that would be more fitting a place to find such 'peer reviewed medical studies with control groups',, and if one found such a forum, I highly doubt it would be open to such public use by infidels such as myself.

that aside,, my humble opinion from what I have read is that simple carbohydrate intake (especially for those with possible ********* syndrome) can be related to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and other liver and health problems. being that opinion of mine was generated by a simple man's reading,,, I'm sure one with greater intellectually capacity and research time then myself could probably find much more detailed information on the topic.

So basically you got squat?

By the way, note the name of the site. It is Steroidology.

Is everyone in this place supposed to provide in depth medical research for every jot and fucking title for every opinion ever given.

you can't have an "ology" or discussion on a subject of study with out some opinions . the world of communication and discussion does not operate only on 'supposed' facts and research studies.. which are all done by infallible men to begin with.

you want facts.. fact is we are all pretty much wrong about everything we know or think we know, at least 99% of the time. If I gave you evidence of my opinion,, it would probably seem to be fact to you today but proved wrong to you 5 years from now. Aint nothing in life a fact.. other then the fact that we are all mortal and each and every one of us mother fuckers is gonna die one day
